WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREPARE FOR MY FIRST SESSION?
You will receive an onboarding kit prior to your first booking. Please complete it to help your coach get to know you and prepare for the session.
What will coaching be like?
I will bring my presence, intuition. authentic connectivity, curiosity, and powerful questions. I will not bring judgement or advice. This will be your space to uncover your own answers and I will be your guide.
CAN I ASK QUESTIONS THROUGHOUT THE SESSION?
Questions are welcome! I provide a myriad of insights and guidance during the session, but the stage will be yours to reflect, stumble, discover, and fail forward into your own truths and courage.
WHICH PROGRAM WILL WE USE TO MEET VIRTUALLY?
I prefer Microsoft Teams but also have Zoom available.
WILL I HAVE THE OPTION TO ADD ON TIME TO MY SESSION?
Due to a very busy calendar of appointments, I cannot extend your appointment but I will do my best to manage time for us and ensure you leave feeling that we wrapped up our work for that session.
WILL I RECEIVE Any follow-up from the session?
Yes, I do provide a follow-up summary that will include important insights, emerging ideas for future sessions, and action items.
